Riverside is a historic neighborhood established along the banks of the White River that features foursquare-type homes and bungalows- many built between 1910-1920. At 862 acres, Riverside Park is the second largest park in the city, and features the Taggart Memorial Amphitheater, home to the Indianapolis Shakespeare Company, an aquatic center, three golf courses, the Indy Cycloplex, and the longest soapbox derby track in the nation.

Speedway is world famous as the home of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which hosts the largest single day sporting event in the world, the Indianapolis 500.
