"I have so many positive things to say about my experience with Maywright and Natalie Clayton -- I hardly know where to start! Natalie has been a true partner on our real estate journey, providing value, wisdom, resources at every turn. We didn't realize that the realtor's commission on a new build comes from the builder and was no expense to us, or else we would have reached out to her immediately! And we're so glad she represented us. She helped us do a little more research to confirm this neighborhood was our best option, which gave us peace of mind knowing we were making the right choice. And in this age of supply/demand issues, constant delays, and worker shortages, there were many, many pain points with the builder. She always represented us well, had our back, thought to ask questions we hadn't considered to mitigate the pain points. I can't imagine going through this process without her. While all of this would make me hire Natalie again in a heartbreak, what stands out to me most is what an incredible human she is. She is gracious, patient, kind, responsive, proactive.
