From breathtaking photography, to immaculate staging, and introducing us to a mortgage lender whose rates and customer service far exceeded what we thought possible, we were always pleasantly surprised. She also represented us on a new build. We'd picked the neighborhood prior to working with her because it's proximity to personal interests was ideal for us. We didn't realize that the realtor's commission on a new build comes from the builder and was no expense to us, or else we would have reached out to her immediately! And we're so glad she represented us. She helped us do a little more research to confirm this neighborhood was our best option, which gave us peace of mind knowing we were making the right choice. And in this age of supply/demand issues, constant delays, and worker shortages, there were many, many pain points with the builder. She always represented us well, had our back, thought to ask questions we hadn't considered to mitigate the pain points. I can't imagine going through this process without her. While all of this would make me hire Natalie again in a heartbreak, what stands out to me most is what an incredible human she is. She is gracious, patient, kind, responsive, proactive.
