Sports fans are thrilled that Fishers is the future home of both Andretti Autosports and the Indy Fuel hockey team.
Grand Park Sports campus in Westfield is a 400-acre, multi-sport complex that draws 2.5 million visitors yearly and also is the official home of the Indianapolis Colts Training Camp. History buffs will appreciate that the sentiments of Westfield’s Quaker heritage led to it being a key stop on the Underground Railroad, and several houses and buildings with secret hiding spaces are still standing.
Westfield has quite a few stand-out pizza and burger joints, and the BBQ at Big Hoffa’s Smokehouse is not to be missed.
